Crazy Pen

It's been awhile since I drew something just for fun, just because. Too much work and a couple of personal issues kept me away from the idea of it.
I picked up this old sketch, I drew this character way back in 2006 and wanted to use it to test and practice some inks and screentones, but ended up fixing the drawing A LOT. Why I can't do things the easier way, I wonder...?

Hope you like it, always liked the "pen" nails and motif for her costume and items.
