Printing Color Errors.

When I was younger I've read a lot of comic books, specially Disney comics and a few other ones (I learned how to read with Alf Comics by Marvel!)
Something I remember about those comics were the colors, made with halftones (I guess?), and sometimes the colors were a bit off, like moved out or tilted, making the image have this style of "ghostly appearance".

Here's a mock up of a page, with my childhood OC, Vivo.

Tried to emulate the color errors using screentones and halftones.
