Newest OC - Cos Challenge

My newest OC, Lucía. She was created to be a freaky fan of the eighties style.
I had this dream with her as the main character, the dream looked like a Pixar or Dreamworks movie, and I liked the story very much. But as I draw in this japanese style, I re-drew Lucía's design.
In my dream, she looked a lot like Robin Sparkles from "How I met your mother" TV series. So I used her as the reference for the new manga-anime style for Lucía.

I'm hoping I'll be drawing her manga this year!
