Out of bounds Gumbly

This character appeared as a joke in the Toejam and Earl Twitter account, supposedly this was a third character that was cut out from Game1 due to the 4:3 ratio of the screen, and we couldn't see it in the intro but it's there (see the second image I used as reference).
I really don't know if this character is from somewhere else, they called Gumbly in the site, I dunno if it was just created for the joke or if it's from other franchise. [Edit: I just get the answer to the mystery: it's from a The Simpsons Meme.]

Anyway... I tried to make them look like a "Sharla" type of funkotronian, and here we have their looks in the style of the Second Game (Panic on Funkotron) and the Back in the Groove style.

Este personaje apareciño en un chiste en la cuenta de Twitter de Toejam and Earl, supuestamente es un tercer personaje que fue cortado del primer juego debido al tamaño 4:3 de la pantalla, y no pudimos verlo, pero está allí. Ver la segunda imagen que usé de referencia.
No sé si este personaje es de otro lado, lo llaman Gumbly en la cuenta de Twitter, no sé si se creó para una broma oo si es de otra franquicia. [Edit: Me acabod e enterar: es de un meme de The Simpsons.]

De todos modos... Traté de darle un look al estilo del tipo de funkotroniano como es "Sharla", así que lo tenemos en un estilo similar al del Segundo Juego (Panic on Funkotron) y el estilo de Back in the Groove.
