Ken Mitchroney's TMNT

I found Ken Mitchroney's twitter account a few days ago, and he was re-drawing this iconic cover of the TMNT Adventures comics issue 23 from Archie, running during the early nineties.
This image was used as the cover of the first issue of the Argentinian version of this series.
Ken's art was a major influence on my artstyle back in the day of mutants and cartoons, so I wanted to make my own take on this cover, with the turtles in a mix of styles among the TV series, the videogames and the action figures.

Dedicated to Ken Mitchroney of course! I'm really hoping you like this homage! It was an incredible sensation to find one of my art heroes in the social media! I'm a huge fan!!

Hace un par de días me encontré la cuenta de twitter de Ken Mitchroney, y me encontré que estaba redibujando esta portada icónica de los cómics Las Aventuras de las TMNT nro 23 que publicó Archie en los años noventa.
Esta imagen se usó como la portada del número 01 de la versión Argentina de esta serie.
El arte de Ken fue una enorme influencia en mi estilo de dibujo en aquellos días de mutantes y cartoons, así que quise hacer mi propia versión de esta portada, con las tortugas dibujadas con una mezcla de elementos de la serie de TV, los videojuegos y las figuras de acción.
