Blysterio

This one was drawn for an Alternative Universe Group in Facebook, were the artists draw themselves as Super-heroes or Super Villains.
Blysterio is some sort of a joke or parody, because he's incredibly powerful, but his powers are limited and useful inside his blister only. If he opens up the blister, he loses his super-powers. So yeah, he's a useless SuperVillain.
