I bought this 1995 EWJ toy, that has this Green Lantern style color palette, apparently this was a Mail-Only sold variant, that was an Universal exclusive (or that's the info I got online). He has a few accesories like a giant cannon (that i drew on his back), and a green blaster. Also he has a very angry Snott xD
The outfit colored in green, black and white looks really great on him, so I wanted to draw him like that for this challenge.
