Argie (Argenta)'s Origins - Part 02.

The second time Argie was drawn was back in 2008, no World Cup this time, but to celebrate My Country's Independance Day (9th of July).

The idea was to make her a patriotic (sex) symbol, and to draw her everytime a patriotic event was held.
Back in 2008 I was trying to change my coloring techniques, attempting to emulate Takehito Harada's art style (and failing miserably at that). Also, what was I thinking with those cursed backgrounds??? Please, it's burning my eyes!!! The image was based on a magazine cover that had Valeria Mazza wrapped in an Argentinian Flag. The cover title was "The Body of Argentina". I changed the flag with a big Escarapela (a rosette, a patriotic symbol here), added some gloves and a choker for more flavor.

Here's a better version, with the 2022 artstyle, and a better way to draw her hairstyle, too. Added the panties due to make it IG friendly.

The pencil sketch of Argie in chibi form was another drawing in 2008, meant to be a mix of my OCs running together, that never was finished.
